Lead with Clarity is a 3-part webinar experience designed for nonprofit leaders who are tired of unclear priorities, burned-out teams, and plans that never quite stick.

Whether you’re navigating funding gaps, strained board dynamics, or just trying to keep everyone on the same page — this series will help you lead with intention and power.

This isn’t your average strategic planning workshop. It’s your blueprint to get everyone aligned — from your staff to your board — so execution becomes consistent and progress becomes measurable.

Lead With Clarity:
A Strategic Planning Series

What You'll
Learn:

Webinar 1: Designing Direction

The Executive Approach to Strategic Clarity

Even the most visionary leaders can struggle to create true alignment across their organization.

In this session, you'll learn how to clarify your direction without overwhelming your board or team — and avoid the strategic planning mistake most nonprofits don’t even realize they’re making.

You’ll discover a refined method for defining organizational goals that inspires genuine buy-in across leadership, staff, and board.

And finally, we’ll explore the powerful connection between clarity and execution, so you can turn big-picture ideas into real, measurable progress.

Ready to shift from vision to execution? Webinars 2 & 3 will show you how.

Webinar 2:
Turning Priorities into a Plan

Go from scattered ideas to unified synergy and direction

  • Identify what's most urgent vs. what's most important

  • Simplify decision-making with a plan the whole team can follow

  • Translate your top goals into implementable actions

Webinar 3:
From Plan to Practice

Maintain momentum, secure buy-in, and stay accountable

  • Tactics to implement your strategy without staff burnout

  • How to use your plan as a decision-making compass

  • Get your board and staff on the same page (for real this time)

A Note from Gabriella

I created Lead with Clarity because I’ve lived through what it feels like to be the one who sees the future — and still feel stuck.

As an operations consultant working alongside executives across 12 cities in the U.S. and Mexico, I saw a common thread: talented, mission-driven teams with no shortage of ideas — but no clear path forward. Burnout was high. Impact was slowed. And strategy felt like another document that never quite reached the people doing the work.

That’s what I’ve changed.

Now, as the Chief Brand Strategist of Beyond the Logo, I help nonprofits and purpose-driven organizations build the internal clarity and alignment they need to grow — without losing what makes them human.

Over the last five years, my agency has become a trusted partner in nonprofit marketing, community engagement, and professional development. I’ve facilitated strategic sessions with organizations including BAE Systems, Howard University, DC DOES, Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center, and WACIF, and was named one of the Top 100 Professionals to Watch in 2022 by Founder 100 Magazine. I’m also a proud graduate of Goldman Sachs’ Black Women in Business program, an exclusive initiative for founders nationwide.

But more than accolades — this work is personal.

Because if you’re leading a mission that matters, your clarity matters too.
